How refunds, credits, grocery adjustments, labor disputes, and safety escalations are reviewed.
Grocery refunds and credits
If actual grocery spend is below the deposit, the difference may be credited or refunded after reconciliation.
Labor refunds
Labor refunds are reviewed against the quote snapshot, actual session evidence, safety reports, cancellation policy, and dispute notes.
A refund never erases the booking audit trail.
Escalation
Food safety, allergen, harassment, unsafe-home, or payment concerns can be escalated to Hearth Dispatch support and trust/safety review.
